I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at the LEGO Group
Interview
Robotic corporate process without any hint for the values that the company represents. No emotions, no personality, just corporate soullessness. The questions were basic and there was no conversation or any sort of discussion regarding them. On top of all this, the communication was messy and they went over the deadlines they gave themselves each step of the process, I had to reach out to them multiple times to get any updates.
The process begins with submitting an application, after which qualified candidates are contacted and invited to attend an in-person interview conducted at the specific store location where the final hiring decision will ultimately be made
When I had my interview the process started with an initial call with recruiter, then call with Engineering Manager where you get a take home project, then another call to discuss decisions made in your take project and finally a behavioural.
I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region)
Interview
Booring . As a former Lego employee (part time), if the interview calls for it, be sure to bring up your passion for the brand. Themes you like, how you build, a set you desire. Most of your time will be wandering the sales floor answering questions and interacting with customers. I guarantee the manager is looking for someone who knows the stuff on the shelves and is personally invested in it.
