First intro e-mail Said it coulis take up to 5 weeks. Seems extensive and expensive given the position. First impression is with such a procedure, maybe the company is too big? Will every process feel as heavy?

I had three interviews for this position. The first and second interview was quite casual, where I explained my experiences. The third task was average difficulty as I had to put together a presentation and explain my idea for the task given to me. I felt that as I was passionate about the product, it showed through my presentation. All interviews were virtual.
