Best interview process I've ever experienced, warm and friendly with lots of direct feedback/dialogue but also rigorous. Screening interview with the head recruiter, followed by a second interview with a recruiter to set salary expectations, dedication to moving abroad and culture fit. Two interviews with developers: one technical with my new manager and a senior developer, the second with the new manager and producer needing a presentation to be prepared based on a case study.

A friendly and conversational approach but the right questions were asked and some were tough. It can be more personality focused than others I've been through but also includes a project demonstration and case study/presentation in the latter stages.
