Interview
The interview process consisted of three different interviews:
1. Interview with HR, telling a bit about myself and my work and learning the basics about the role.
2. Interview with two Creative Directors: we go deeper into my portfolio, the way I work, my experience etc. I get more info about the job and what my role would be inside the organisation and the team.
3. They set a task in advance and I had a few days to work on it. In this third interview I presented my case to three senior members of the department and received feedback on it.
The process was clear and not too difficult. A bit long but that's normal for big corporations.

Question 1
What is your biggest strength? And biggest weakness?
It was a straight forward process that also required a fake campaign to be presented. Normally I hate doing "fake work" because you never know if a company is going to steal a candidate's ideas. But the process was a lot of fun, and allowed me to be creative. However, it is nerve-racking and stressful to find time to create beautiful work, pull together a clean and powerful deck on top of a current job for something that may fall through. Overall I'm not a fan of doing assignments as part of the interview but the way how this team presented how the work was going to be handled made me feel comfortable as a candidate and how the work was going to be reviewed, which no other company has done before—very transparent!

Interview
I found the LEGO Group interview process thorough but welcoming, informative, respectful and ultimately very enjoyable. There were more rounds of interviews than a creative would generally experience in external agencies, but each meeting and every person gave me a different and valuable insight into the role and the business. Questions were often challenging but designed to get honest answers and find personal qualities and passion points, never to 'catch out' or intimidate. Similarly, all of my questions were answered with honesty. Communication throughout the process was timely and consistent - I knew where I stood at each stage and never had to chase up feedback/next steps.
