      Key Account Manager (KAM) Interview

      May 27, 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2025

      Interview

There are four rounds of interviews: first, a screening with HR, then an interview with the person who would be your Manager, then a business case with a panel of three people from different departments, and finally an interview with the Country Manager. There is probably 1 to two weeks between each round. Communication was always clear and easy to get.
