That was a very structured interview process where both company and candidate could have the opportunity to share expectations as well as having a nice and productive conversation about candidate's background
1st: HR interview - during this one I could share a little bit about my background as well as motivation to join the LEGO Group
2nd: Manager interview - during this interview round I had both manager and a team member in the meeting, where I could share my background and skills and I could also take the opportunity to share what was my expectation from the position
3rd: Business case - to this interview I was presented to a business case to be resolved, and I also took the opportunity to ask remaining questions to both hiring manager as well as a team member
