After seeing the vacancy advertised on LinkedIn I applied. Following the application I received an email around a week later from recruitment inviting me to an introduction/interview. This was informal and friendly and outlined the 3 stage interview process 1. HR Intro/Alignment 2. Initial interview with the hiring manager 3. Panel interview/presentation All three stages were virtual, friendly, enjoyable but challenging.
