The interviewers seemed to just want to make sure that I was normal, presentable and reasonably logical / analytical. From what I was told, whether I would get staffed on a project depended on whether my background was a good fit for an available project. I did not get the impression that CEO was rude like some others said. She just looked serious during the in-person interview and was difficult to read. She turned out to be a very nice person as I got to know her through my project.

I was asked to explain what I wanted to do when I graduate from college. I was asked how I handled difficult situations related to costumer service. I was also asked about my prior work experiences and why what I learned at my previous employment opportunities or at school could help me do well as an intern at New York Cares.
