We Offer Outstanding Benefits:
• $575/month (FT) employer contribution toward health coverage
• $50/month (FT) $25/month (PT) employer contribution toward Dental Coverage
• $10/month (FT) $5/month (PT) employer contribution toward Vision Coverage
• Multiple Health Plan options with wellness incentives
• Two plan options for Dental and for Vision
• Generous PTO, 5 weeks upon hire (pro-rated based on start date), available after 60 days
• All SUD Outpatient Clinics Close at 12 PM on Fridays
• Shift Differential for bedded programs during 5 PM–8 AM hours
• Employer-paid Life Insurance & optional supplemental coverage
• 401(k) up to a 4% employer match after 6 months
