Pros

They just hand you like 200 hours of pto to use at your leisure after your 90 days and at the beginning of the new year. Can be a decent spot to gain skills to take somewhere else. They will pay for staff to take casac -t.

Cons

You will have to stay late to get notes done without being paid or else get written up. They don't do overtime, they say it is your own fault if you don't have it done since you should have everything completed in session. So you can only spend your whole appointment time staring at your screen and asking questions and typing without the ability to really spend time with clients. There are no yearly raises. Sometimes there is a 4-ish% Christmas bonus, but you have to be there a good while to earn it. Like if you start work in 2017, you won't get the christmas bonus until Christmas 2019. Very high caseload, very high stress. You are chastised if your productivity isn't high enough, translation being if you don't have enough clients show up for your appointments. As if that is somehow up to you. Little to no room for advancement at all.
