Work-Life Balance and Benefits
Schneider Electric recognizes the importance of work-life balance and offers flexible work arrangements, wellness programs, and initiatives to support employees' well-being. This helps employees manage their personal and professional lives effectively.
With intentional flexibility, employees can adjust their schedule and hours to suit personal and work commitments. We just ask that they communicate plans with their manager and team and prioritize the days and times when they can collaborate with colleagues in person. We encourage employees to be in the office two to three days per week with flexible hours, and 2 days at home.
Additionally, our Flexibility@Work Policy champions a culture of intelligent working, fostering seamless integration of work and life while promoting flexibility. Flexible Time Arrangements enable employees to request flextime, job share, part time- or altered work-week arrangements to balance personal needs, while respecting job requirements.
We are proud of the benefits, resources and well-being programs to help our employees be their best in all aspects of life — at work, at home and everywhere in between.
