Indiana Professional Management Group, Inc. (IPMG) is Indiana's preeminent statewide provider of case management services for individuals with disabilities who participate in the Medicaid Waiver Program. As a company, we operate according to best practice standards that reflect our commitment to the people we serve in their pursuit of self-determined lives.
IPMG is 100% Employee-Owned as an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). This means that each employee with at least 12 months of service with IPMG owns a part of our company in the form of company stock.
Every year since 2015, employee surveys conducted by an external, unbiased survey organization have revealed that employees consistently rated our company in the "Positive" range in all areas, and demonstrated a significant increase in overall satisfaction with IPMG as a workplace.
