Mission To find success for every child with autism in our care.
Description For over 25 years, the Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) has provided evidence-based, contemporary applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to help children with autism and other special needs find success. At WEAP, we nurture the unique potential in children with autism through individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment.

Wisconsin’s first ABA provider, we offer services in 10 different locations throughout the state. We’re family-focused and consider parents and caregivers core partners in their child’s treatment. Our goal is to not only empower our clients to build the skills needed to live happy, resilient, and fulfilling lives but also ensure our staff receives ongoing growth, support, and lifelong learning to set them up for success.

As a member of WEAP, you’ll also be part of LEARN Behavioral—a collective group of ABA providers delivering collaborative care to communities from coast to coast. With more than 30 doctoral-level clinicians, 500 behavior analysts, and 4,000 behavior technicians, our organization treats over 5,000 children across 18 states.
