      The only good thing I can say about this company is that my manager and the HR lead were very accommodating.

      Cons

      The CEO and owner of this company attempted to cheat me out of my PTO payout when I left the company. She also failed to run payroll several times, resulting in employees receiving their paychecks late, and she did not inform employees, nor did she apologize for her illegal and unprofessional behavior.

      Pros

      Few if any. The company lacks consistent leadership and has glaring performance issues.

      Cons

      The company has disparate agendas in leadership. Contracts are poorly managed and HR isn’t on the same page in terms of process and procedures. Onboarding was fitful. Generally the company operated as though the people working there, in every division of the company, are either recent hires or para-professionals. The employees managing the administrative aspect of the contracts they hold have created a negative reputation for how this company manages government contracts.
