      I’ve met some of the most talented people ever during my time at ABC Supply. The level of appreciation that they show their employees is immeasurable. The company truly stands behind their values, especially when it comes to family! Being apart of the nations largest roofing distributor certainly takes hustle and grind, but I promise that my teams hard work has never gone unrecognized. Working at ABC in Jacksonville, FL has been life changing. If you want opportunities for growth and to be challenged in a positive way...then this is the company for you. It’s a company you want your family to work for.

      Cons

      Genuinely no cons. It’s a demanding job, in the sense that it’s competitive and requires much dedication...along with creative thinking and other skills! They of course give you all the resources you need to be successful. If you don’t have the skills, I promise this company will help develop you. You just have to CARE for your customers and work hard for your branch.

      The company aims to be an employee first company in everything they do and i can truly say that is true. The company has a very strong family atmosphere and team spirit in everything we do. There are many opportunities for advancement within the company if you are adaptable and work hard.

      Cons

      They are not exactly cons as more nature of the business and the opportunities you are given. You truly get what you put in to ABC and to get what is promised out of the company you will be to work HARD, be willing to do it all work long long hours. Come in when off when needed, be flexible and not be too concerned with job titles, everyone needs to do everything needed to get orders out and get the job done. If you are ok with working hard you can have a very successful are rewarding job.
