Pros
If you like being told what to do and are adverse to a collaborative, open and inspiring environment, jump on board. There are many very good and devoted people stuck here and unfortunately not in leadership positions.
Cons
Take a look at the long list of dearly departed employees, their qualifications, previous experience, contributions made and discarded, and then look at their demise and you will see there is a common theme. Whether it be by way of "resignation" (termination) or realization that any company like this, in alleged "transformation" mode that is led by a team blindly following a CEO who lacks experience in anything other than an old school dictatorship model is destined to be mediocre at best. Experienced Finance and Sales Leadership=GONE! Energetic, optimistic and highly skilled millennials=GONE! Seriously, a MAJOR change in everyone with a title at Corporate is needed. Being promoted because you nod your head well is not a good reason to have a big title. The numerous VPS at ARC wouldn't survive as middle managers at any normal company.
