Pros

- The client relationships were the highlight of my years at AP. I built incredibly strong partnerships with the brands I worked on and genuinely felt like part of their teams. - Clients were consistently appreciative of my work and they regularly recognized strategic wins and performance improvements. - The affiliate marketing industry is tight-knit, and the client exposure provides valuable experience.

Cons

- Over time, there appeared to be limited focus on employee wellbeing. Burnout can be common in fast-paced agency environments, and support for it sometimes felt inconsistent across teams and individuals. - Many employees feel overwhelmed by additional workstreams introduced by leadership without clear structural support to help manage the increased workload. - When concerns about workload or role expectations are raised, the responses can sometimes feel dismissive rather than solutions-oriented. - Strategic wins and performance successes are not always consistently recognized across teams. In some cases, impactful work or cost-saving initiatives may go unnoticed internally. -Some employees perceive differences in visibility and recognition between larger brand teams and smaller accounts, which can affect morale. - Career advancement opportunities can feel unclear at times, and some employees feel promotions may be influenced by tenure as much as by demonstrated qualifications or performance. - Communication and management approaches may vary widely by team.
