      Amazing culture with approachable leadership, but needs tech updates

      Pros

      The culture here is truly amazing; I’ve never met a leader who wasn’t approachable or willing to assist. Even the cofounders have an open door policy and encourage people to reach out to them personally. Everyone here really embodies our core values. We are leveraging artificial intelligence to compliment the human touch.

      Cons

      Just like most things in the finance industry, things change throughout the year due to regulations or marketing. But the one thing that’s consistent is our core values. We have a mythology here of balancing the heart and the dollar sign, meaning using active, listening, and empathy will also provide value of what the company can do for a member. We still use wired headsets, Bluetooth headsets for everyone would be nice.

      Rewarding work helping people with their finances

      Pros

      You truly help people get out of bad debt and into a simple interest loan often saving the member monthly and a lot in interest. You get to put people in a better financial position and it is amazing! You also get to connect with our members and be a part of their lives whether it's a home improvement, debt consolidation, helping with medical debt and many other uses. You get paid very well, but that's not even as rewarding as helping the people we talk to.
