      - Good benefits - Remote work options - Flexible work schedule (at times)

      Cons

      - Leadership is dramatically changing the culture and work environment for the worse - Many years of bandaid fixes have led to unsustainable maintenance of applications. With new initiatives, and a heavy emphasis on just pushing things through, this will only get worse - Vacation time is low compared to peer companies

      - Great place to work! - Outstanding work culture, everyone is super friendly and helpful. - Generous benefits, HSA, 401k, Health, etc. - Remote, promotes work life/balance. - Incredible company celebrations

      - Not much room for growth - Hard to move around the company, Typically no feedback is provided even for internal candidates on how to do better. - Thrives on their culture, may not be beneficial for the business in the future. - Strict about time logging and project deadlines.
