Pros

Weekly paycheck. You're given and start off with a somewhat decent book of business. No personalized training but there are opportunities down the line for advanced trainings at their HQ. Mostly calm office environment. Good benefits.

Cons

A business that was founded by a group of college aged men has *shocker* never progressed past those young adult mentalities. The almost weekly happy hours ran into the late night, you frequently saw alcohol around the office, and the holiday parties always produced incidents that would keep any HR team busy. Upper management had a stale early 2000's slightly chauvinist approach to sales that seemingly was allergic to any modernization. There was a clear refusal to see the market for what it really was and instead blamed the employees for not exacerbating themselves even more to find jobs and decent candidates. The office, while calm, was also far removed from the real hub of the city making client visits a literal trek. Your commission most days were pennies to the dollar and while they like to tote around that it's "uncapped", you'll take a hot minute to get to anything considered a decent payout.

Good afternoon and thank you for taking the time to share detailed feedback. We’re glad to read that growing your own book of business was a major positive, but we also take the concerns you raised seriously. The points you highlighted around culture, leadership approach, and market alignment are exactly the types of issues we continue to evaluate as we work toward a more accountable environment. Feedback like this is valuable, but it only helps us take action if we know which office it stems from. If you're open to continuing the conversation, please reach out to peoplefirst@addisongroup.com with your office, vertical, and manager. Wishing you continued success in your career journey.

Pros

Fun work environment, team outings, and commission.

Cons

It can be an unprofessional work environment at times. They tend to hire young employees (recent grads). Pay is not great.
