This organization operates with outdated, 1980s-era business practices—from manual tracking systems to rigid, mistrust-driven expectations. There is a complete lack of trust in staff, evidenced by excessive surveillance, constant camera monitoring, and a culture that feels more like a prison than a workplace. Upper management consistently demonstrates unprofessional behavior, including inappropriate oversharing of personal matters and encouraging employees to monitor or report on one another. There have been allegations of discrimination involving management, along with ongoing concerns regarding unfair and unethical business practices. Employees are offered little to no work-life balance, and the overall environment is one of control, fear, and micromanagement rather than accountability, respect, or growth.

The upper management is all family of the owner. While this can work is come cases, it absolutely does not here. None of the leaders (granddaughters) have outside work experience. They have degrees but no outside work experience to learn how successful companies function. This leads to a very unprofessional and inefficient working environment. There is more drama at this company than I have ever seen which is a direct result of leaderships lack of experience. As for the actions of the company, I would consider many unethical. They provide bare minimum coverage to county facilities and keep funds that should be allocated back to the location unless they ask for it. The company is rapidly losing money at the same time. Overhead costs far exceed income. Overall, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a less toxic work environment.
