Horrible management, can’t do anything, micro-managing 24/7, employees get fired every week. Oh & no benefits. No professionalism. Don’t go there if your looking for something stable and serious. This is a joke.
Employees get along well together. As long as the 2 owners are not there team spirit is high.
Cons
Both owners like to rule by fear. Everyone walks on eggshells around them. There is no use in discussing concerns with them because they are always right. Screaming and temper tantrums are common place.
