      Pros

      Employees get along well together. As long as the 2 owners are not there team spirit is high.

      Cons

      Both owners like to rule by fear. Everyone walks on eggshells around them. There is no use in discussing concerns with them because they are always right. Screaming and temper tantrums are common place.

      Pros

      I've had the pleasure of working here for over a year now and it's been a great experience over all. The owners are very caring and supportive of their employees. I have read a few reviews that claimed otherwise. But those who complain expect things without having the right to earn it. Company is loyal to those who to their jobs right. Work environment is warm and friendly. The projects are challenging and mind provoking. I couldn't be happier and looking forward to my future here at Advanced Pharma-Miami.
