      Great Care. Exceptional nurses.

      Cons

      Bullies in some leadership positions. House supervisor is rude, obnoxious & a bully. Has been know to make racist remarks & then say, "But You Know I Love You". Law suit waiting to happen

      Pros

      Recognized as the #1 Hospital in Orlando by U.S. News & World Report. Leading in Whole-Person Health Care. Everyone wants to help you succeed and support you. The Campus is beautiful. The leadership is smart and mission focused. Staff is kind and compassionate. Work environment is friendly.

      Cons

      Benefits are a little high, working for a hospital you expect to get really good health benefits at lower cost.

      Pros

      I have never worked for a facility that earnestly strives to be the best. There is no complacency on the leadership team- they truly strive to promote quality care and patient safety. I do not want to work anywhere else but here. I believe in the mission of this facility and I feel as if I really do make a difference every time I come to work.

      Cons

      I wouldn't even label this as a con, its more of a growing pain. There are lots of changes still occurring here, but all are intended with the best of intentions for our patients. I cannot wait to see where we are in another year.
