Literally everything else, expected to be on-call 24/7 but not paid for it. no work life balance, the pay on jobs is decent but the job hours are few and far between

HR, unpaid on call, different pay rates for everything, lack of regard for their employees, constantly putting their employees at serious risk of on job accidents and heat stroke due to improper checks that their protocols were being at all followed in the field, HR was dangerously incompetent, to the point where we had a manager attempting to purchase arsenic on his work computer and our manager was still able to have their job (no one knew if this manager was going to poison everyone at the warehouse or just himself) also this manager would operate the work van drunk to the point they were slurring their speech. This manager who was our shop manager (highest level of manager that an employee would work with physically), would harass me for being gay/ would falsely report that we were taking breaks when we didn’t. When I brought up the concern for falsely reported lunch breaks, HR didn’t do a thorough investigation as they could easily have viewed our companies van cameras and see we were actively driving during these so called “breaks” that were being reported. I never received any back pay for about 40 breaks that were falsely reported. My manager would call me the F slur, would say the N word hard R infront of all employees, and would constantly show up to work drunk and harass me, putting my safety at risk by operating dangerous electric saws while intoxicated/ and instructing me while impaired. Overall I would avoid this company at all costs if you value your life and sanity.
