      Remote work and benefits, but low morale and cold calling

      Remote, unlimited pto, health benefits, wellness days

      Cons

      Complex tools, products and processes. It's mostly all cold calling which is a grind. Morale is at all time low across entire department. Quotas change mid month. No career opportunities... at all. 99% of sdrs have been sdrs for years with no advancement but we're treated like it's an entry level role

      Pros

      There is nothing bad to say here. Akamai is amazing, diverse, and really cares about its employees. I am truly blessed to be part of a company that wants to aid in my growth and success.

      Cons

      Wish I could see more co-workers with it being 100% remote. But no cons here.
