      Great pay. Benefits. Work schedule suited my family situation. Gave mecthe opportunity to be with my children more during the day or to volunteer before work.

      None. Have a positive attitude and understanding you may not be able to plan too far in advance within taking leave

      Great pay, benefits are good but pay way too much for them.

      Cons

      Too many forced hours, NO time for family. Treat the floor work like a number. As I was told, if you don't like it. Leave. Too much favortism.
