      Pros

      The best part about Alcon are the people that work here! I've made many friends over the past several years so it feels like an Alcon family. Additionally, the company has great benefits and a generous 401k matching program. The company hosts many on-site events in Fort Worth which has been a great way to network and meet people.

      Cons

      The company runs very lean so many functions are flat. However, HR recently implemented experience based development opportunities to give HR associates the opportunity to learn via project based work.

      Overworked, underpaid Company talks much about culture but continues to over work employees. Talk is cheap. Advancement in the HR field is flat, hard to advance, not a lot of levels
