They actually encourage turnover due to they way their pension is set up. They contribute to "your" pension from day one, however if you do vest then you forfeit that money to the plan. Hence most departments have 30% turn over and the call center is around 90%!!

Way too much politics. People are often promoted based on internal politics or the desire to have diversity numbers, rather than on ability. Pay is far from fair and annual raises are a joke. You never really feel like a valuable member of the company, and the semi-annual evaluations are an absolute joke. They are so subjective on whether or not your supervisor likes you that it’s not even funny- and frankly outside of an opportunity to hear how poorly you are kissing up they are meaningless.
