      Pros

      No real expectations. The only way you will get fired is if you do something illegal other than that just keep your head down and wait your time.

      Cons

      They actually encourage turnover due to they way their pension is set up. They contribute to "your" pension from day one, however if you do vest then you forfeit that money to the plan. Hence most departments have 30% turn over and the call center is around 90%!!

      Friendly management + staff, pension plan

      Cons

      Health insurance is terrible. Pension plan is cool but not fully vested unless you stay for more than 5 years. Only a 0.25% 401k match up to 6%. Mediocre PTO
