Pros

They have fantastic pay for the position you're in, and they teach you interesting and engaging utility of modern technology mixed with legacy fundamentals. I've learned quite a bit while AmEx while getting paid more than fairly - I'd recommend a stretch here to whomever may be reading this!

Cons

The Company is huge, and at times it may take more than a little time to get recognized for your abilities and the growth you've had. There's a reason there is a "only way up is out" reputation exists for some enterprise companies...

Pros

The job is completely home based. No work related transportation costs, vehicle wear & tear or money spent on work attire. The company provides all the office equipment and they pay $75/month to cover internet and telephone. The call center is open everyday so setting your schedule should be a breeze. Advancement at home is possible or transistion to one of the on-site locations anywhere in the world. You are apart of a team.

Cons

You are committed to the schedule you create for 1-2 years so choose wisely. Like any job you may be asked to work holidays. Working at home is still working. If you like chit-chatting with co-workers all day this isn't the job for you. Yes, you do still need a babysitter (not a con just a reality).
