Pros

Opportunity to grow, flexible schedule, quarterly bonus, Christmas bonus, PTO accrues rapidly

Cons

Micro-managing, constant emails, monthly calendars with daily to do list leaves no room for individual thoughts, nor does it take into account day to day interactions within the buildings. Consultants are rude and not helpful. I work hard at my job because I love what I do. I feel that it is not only my job to collect money for ASC, but also to help residents. This may include helping them apply for social security disability, which, by the way is very time consuming and requires patience when your working with someone who may have some cognitive defects, making numerous calls to assist in getting documents for a Medicaid application, or going downtown to hunt down records. By restricting everyone to a daily to do list, it causes undue stress on Office Managers. I know what I need to do and don't appreciate being harassed when things aren't done according to their time. I take pride in my job and that includes collecting money and billing promptly but that is not the only aspect to my job.

Pros

Taking care of the residents.

Cons

Corporate Consultants are extremely rude, use a "divide and conquor" approach to pit floor staff and managers against each other. There is no help offered with staffing challenges, no matter how short staffed buildings are, all paperwork is expected to be completed first, caring for residents is second. Turnover is huge due to the workload, stress, and no appreciation of employees, with exception of top positions, which receive frequent bonuses for cutting staff to bare minimum. In no way a positive environment! Voicing concern about work conditions makes you a marked employee. Much favoritism, staff promotions based on whether employee is a "yes" person, not at all based on experience, meaning working hard will get you nowhere in this company. New ideas are not encouraged.
