1. It's Tech without all the fuss 2. Matches compensation with top tech companies 3. Great work-life balance

Cons

1. The company culture which is the reason I joined has been declining and yeah it always has been a for profit company but having being stared in Indy, it had all the Midwest charm and niceties, which I feel has been lost 2. There's always lots of re-orgs going on and they tend to keep reworking the same n number of times
