Pros

Salary was good based on the market.

Cons

- Excessive work demands. Expected to be "on call" 24/7 plus working an average of 70-80 hours a week. - No support from management when requested numerous times. - Supervisor and their manager throws you under the bus for vendor, supplier problems and shipping delays none of which you have any control over. - HR is a joke. Young, barely old enough adults who are more babysitters to the union staff problems then HR professionals wanting to offer realistic solutions. Absolutely two faced. Multiple complaints about the false narrative and role description, lack of support or help and constant negative and hostile work environment atmosphere. Head of the brewery throws temper tantrums, screams and yells then expects everything to be kosher an hour later.
