Cons

Structural industry headwinds with contracting topline results, a highly directive management culture with limited leadership diversity, and internal dispute-resolution mechanisms that constrain employee recourse in cases of workplace harassment or discrimination.

Pros

Surprisingly modern tech stack given the industry. Leadership team was competent and very forward thinking. Able to move quickly when something was needed, also open to suggestions and new ideas. Team was very competent and fun to work with when remote was still allowed...

Cons

They pulled RTO for FTEs and leadership moved my team to a legacy conversion projects, most left due to poor communication and very obvious bias against those working remote.
