      Red flags: Always hiring for a reason

      Pros

      Payday. Not because it paid well. It most certainly did not.

      Cons

      Too many to name them all. Ask for double whatever they offer if you plan to work here. I still recommend you don't. The place was figuratively AND literally on fire because of the poor environment. I believe it is unsafe to be there physically and mentally. Probably spiritually too when your coworkers refer to it as a fresh new hell every day.

      Pros

      Generally, some good coworkers that are friendly and willing to help. Others are over burdened and thier lack of can-do attitude reflects it.

      Cons

      The very top leadership demeans and belittles its employees in front of others. The reason the company has mostly been stagnant until recently in growth is its senior leadership. You have a great niche product but the arrogance means the vision is not sustainable. The itch in your ears is your employees talking bad about you. Health plan is unclear and back end reimbursement of care hides potential actual costs employees pay.

      H.R. plays favoritism like management

      The Christmas week off that's it!

      Cons

      management always assume the worse in you. HR likes to play favoritism like management. Management lies to you about advancement And raises, and management never fights for people like they should. In a spane of 5 week about a dozen people quit working in one department. Be aware there is high turn over ironically all under one manager.
