Pros

Work is easy, generous PTO

Cons

Too many to mention. Calls are back to back, you often don’t have time to finish documenting one call before another comes in. Management doesn’t trust their staff so they micromanage to the point where if you need to get up to use the restroom you get in trouble. If you have a medical condition that requires attention at a time you are not scheduled for a break, we’ll forget it. Even legitimate issues will get you in trouble. They have these “training” videos that you are supposed to watch between calls that count towards productivity. We’ll, their videos do nothing for your career development and just serve as busy work because they don’t trust you. The pay is very low but the good news is they’ll send you these snacks for your birthday and if you get employee of the month. Personally, I’d rather have a livable wage and be respected than to get something I don’t need or want. If you are thinking of working here run away as fast as you can!
