      None at this point. All the cons that have taken place cancel out any pros.

      Cons

      Employee moral is extremely low. Took away celebrating birthdays, cut back on Christmas party, etc. Staff doesn’t feel appreciated. No work-life balance. You get in TROUBLE for leave on time. Work is all dumped on staff, not distributed correctly. They don’t appreciate working moms, no matter how hard you work. If your a working mom you will be made to feel as if you have no room for growth. Extremely high turn over - which is all due to management. Management always has there office doors closed. You don’t feel like you can go to them with any questions.

      If you enjoy not knowing what you're walking into on a daily basis... this job is for you

      Cons

      Incompetent management, no regard for employee morale, HR that takes what you say and tells everyone about it, lb's lb's lb's (you'll get it if you're stupid enough to take the job) did i mention horrible cut-throat morale setting atmosphere (slate hill plant)
