Employee moral is extremely low. Took away celebrating birthdays, cut back on Christmas party, etc. Staff doesn’t feel appreciated. No work-life balance. You get in TROUBLE for leave on time. Work is all dumped on staff, not distributed correctly. They don’t appreciate working moms, no matter how hard you work. If your a working mom you will be made to feel as if you have no room for growth. Extremely high turn over - which is all due to management. Management always has there office doors closed. You don’t feel like you can go to them with any questions.
