      Decent pay if you hustle Great manager Decent hours if you manage your time well

      Cons

      Look, I’m not prude, but the culture in sales is… rough. Prepare yourself to hear casual homophobia and racism played off as a joke. Racism especially plays a part in how these guys do business (ask more questions if they sound Indian on the phone, stuff like that) I’m in the job because I need the job, and I can put my head down and grind to make my money. But if you’re looking for a more positive or accepting workplace culture, look elsewhere.

      Taking portion of commission checks

      Pros

      Pretty open environment, so not too much bureaucracy.

      Cons

      They are taking small percentages of commission checks due to software and not telling you openly. The culture is bad now. Churn and burn including experience team members. Sinking ship, the accounts receivable is one of the worst in the industry. Current president has been saying for months how it will be fixed with new IT employee. It has not been fixed...

      You can make a lot of money if you are willing to grind and put in the work.

      Not much support or training. You need to have a self driven and entrepreneurial mindset to succeed.
