Everything was a pro working here, I loved it.

There were absolutely no cons that I can recall.

Pretty open environment, so not too much bureaucracy.

They are taking small percentages of commission checks due to software and not telling you openly. The culture is bad now. Churn and burn including experience team members. Sinking ship, the accounts receivable is one of the worst in the industry. Current president has been saying for months how it will be fixed with new IT employee. It has not been fixed...
