      Classic Rat Wheel, keep your mouth shut

      Pros

      They use a decent service that pays you your salary every two weeks. The offer bathrooms if you need, and a microwave for your food. Standing desks, and latest computer software and hardware.

      Cons

      Bedrock doesn't operate in the capacity of a classic brokerage. Their goal is to only ever pay you your salary or the minimal amount of a tiered commission structure. Operational resources are only allotted to tenured brokers. Their main goal is to burn you up trying to bring in new customers, then hope you quit and that new customer can be absorbed by the GM or Sr Brokers. You learn nothing and get taught the bare minimum. Typical selling the dream to get you in, too bad there is no one there living the dream.

      Great people if you fit into the cutthroat sales environment, lots of genuine assistance from coworkers.

      Cons

      Training program specifically on manager's time schedule, Cold calling all day long, non-politically correct work environment.
