Behr really cares about it's employees, and they create a great, stress-free environment in the call center. They are actively looking for ways to improve our employee experience and they are constantly investing in us to make sure we are set up for success

Recent very poor choices in middle and upper management. No respect for experienced industry people that are currently employed.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your concern and took considerable time to vet through all applicants to look at the candidates’ qualification, past performances and vision of the business. Internal candidates always get first preference, but at the end of the day we owe it to our employees and the business to put the best qualified person in place that we believe will be most beneficial for the business. Unfortunately this may not always be the person that everyone agrees on, but our belief is that this person will change your perception in the long run and add to our culture along with having a positive effect on our employees.

All a show, it used to be good

*Really tough to get fired here as they pride themselves on being the best workplace in Orange County but it's really for show. *A lot of nice people *Used to have a great culture here until Masco bought us out *Stable job if you can get in and pretend to work like most of the employees

Cons

*BE WARNED! All a show in the field and at the corporate office! *Some people are great, but the rest pretend to work and talk a big game, but do little work and never pick up their phones after 12pm *Doesn't reward the top producers or give them any incentive to produce more. The commission is pretty much guaranteed whether you work or not. The bonus is ridiculously sad. If you bust your rear end to achieve it, then you're saddled with a ridiculous budget next year and get micro-managed to death. *They don't change any of the obvious infrastructure to make things easier *Really bad old culture that is two-faced, they say they are a world class selling organization but they don't have any sales training and they don't reward the good reps and they don't fire any of the bad reps
