This company is 97% Caucasian and show favoritism to their own. If you're African American, be prepared to work for this company for a very short time. The clinicians, office coordinators, and techs are all really nice. However, higher ups like the regional directors don't really care about you. And if you're black, everything you say is taken by them with a grain of salt and you have to fight to prove you're not a liar. I would never recommend anyone to work for this company or even receive physical therapy treatment from them. Oh, and you get paid every 10th and 25th, regardless of what days those dates fall on. So you can get paid on a Monday or a Wednesday, whichever day the 10th and 25th are for that month. I would prefer every 2 weeks on Friday like normal companies.

- It says something that there is only a handful of therapists that have over 5 years experience in my region -This company is a new grad mill offering some of the lowest pay in the industry. The companies "mission, vision, values" is repeated constantly by higher ups and is somehow supposed to be motivating to see too many patients a day for low pay and crappy "productivity bonuses". Sure, any job is good start for a career to gain experience but you might want to gain it somewhere else. The turnover for this company is insanely high. In 5 years I have worked with probably 10 different therapists in a single clinic -Pandemic showed company's true colors in regards to loyalty to their staff
