Big company doesn't contribute to retirement.

Deceptive interview. Told one thing but in reality, you do not make anything. The corporation of Blue Compass is so focused on buying everyone out then they are about their employees and actually paying than a fair base pay. I left a job to come work here after being told I would make $60-$90K a year, in reality it's $32K a year maybe $36K. Everyone is dependent on each department for their livelihood.
