Pros

Job is work from home. Good benefits.

Cons

You will be micromanage endlessly and pushed to keep unimportant metrics. They value them more than their employees or customer base.

Pros

Work from home. Management is pretty good. Good PTO and benefits

Cons

Totally different company now than when I started A few years ago. Used to be a fun and exciting place to work, now it is the opposite. Totally new systems, call requirements, added steps and protocols, and different scores depending who is doing the scoring! Used to be proud of working for them. Not anymore. Looking to leave asap

Pros

PTO Benefits Reduced rates for services Work from home Bonuses for meeting sales goals

Cons

Understaffed Poor trainers Low pay for work done Late notice to changes Lack of support Someone can listen in on your calls at anytime making you nervous and more likely to screw up High call volume Rude customers who get even more upset with 24 to 48 hour call back window Always have to clean up someone else's mistakes Constant system changes with late updates and glitch workarounds
