      Pros

      Hybrid work model with negotiable office days. Great benefit package. Mostly good conditions. People are friendly, helpful and laidback. Salary is average for the country.

      Cons

      Salary could be better, especially when compared to European standards, despite being a eurocentric, global company. Climbing seems to be slow and somewhat stagnant. Business strategy is slow to change and constrained by politics.
