Pros

Free Coffee Free Water Unlimited laughs throughout the day

Cons

Bait & Switch Culture Toxic Environment. Management is not informed New owners - This isn't the Emtec I signed on with. Lack of opportunity for advancement. All new management has come into the company and gutted all departments. Everyday, I had to listen to specific colleagues brag about their past exploits and talking about other employees behind their back.

We are a high growth, dynamic organization that values employee engagement and the importance of diversity. We take the recruitment of all new talent for our organization seriously. We consider the possibility of promoting from within before going to the outside market to recruit new hires. We work to best match the experience of our new hires to the needs of the business. We strive to recruit, retain and develop the most talented people. We have a zero-tolerance policy against racism, discrimination or harassment in the workplace. We regularly receive positive feedback about the work environment we have created. If any employee has experienced something that goes against this standard, please contact the HR team at HR-US@bridgenext.com.

Pros

Easy access to leadership team. Unlimited PTO policy. Fair work-life balance. Ability to some work remotely. Good internal IT support team.

Cons

Lack of company direction. No shared vision. Company is losing money on most projects. Too many acquisitions too soon, ZERO budget for innovation. Mixed bag of offshore talent and frequent shuffling of offshore leadership. Poor corp benefit plan with massive employee out of pocket cost. Unstable company financial environment leads to lack of job security and major hesitation to speak up. Major disconnect between sales and delivery. Lack of experienced Oracle talent necessary to deliver complex projects. Push to offshore everything and everyone despite lack of quality deliverables.

Thank you for your feedback. While there have been significant changes in one area of our business due to market transitions that has resulted in people turnover and reorganization, we continue to perform well in other areas of our business. Letting people go is never a positive experience, but, we pride ourselves in being empathetic to those that are impacted in these decisions. We provide a generous transitional allowance, continued benefits coverage and free outplacement services to those that are let go. Our executive management team is aware and personally connected to the business decisions that we make as well always available for direct conversations, as is evident from your acknowledgement of management accessibility in your comment. We acknowledge management changes in our offshore facilities but those decisions are made based off of business requirements. We have a phenomenal talent pool at all our locations and we continue to hire in areas where we perceive a gap in talent. As an organization we are continuing to hire and invest in growth and IP development. We do acknowledge your frustrations and we would encourage you to reach out to us directly for a conversation so we can overcome issues together.

Pros

Working at Emtec will allow you to know what type of company you'd never want to work for again. Starting with it's unethical and deceptive leaders, right down to cheating and manipulating bonus payouts to padding billable hours to their clients.

Cons

See the Pros above--- unethical, immoral and deceptive business and employment practices.
