While there have been significant changes in one area of our business due to market transitions that has resulted in people turnover and reorganization, we continue to perform well in other areas of our business. Letting people go is never a positive experience, but, we pride ourselves in being empathetic to those that are impacted in these decisions. We provide a generous transitional allowance, continued benefits coverage and free outplacement services to those that are let go. Our executive management team is aware and personally connected to the business decisions that we make as well always available for direct conversations, as is evident from your acknowledgement of management accessibility in your comment. We acknowledge management changes in our offshore facilities but those decisions are made based off of business requirements. We have a phenomenal talent pool at all our locations and we continue to hire in areas where we perceive a gap in talent. As an organization we are continuing to hire and invest in growth and IP development.
