A few of the people are genuine and make it easy to do daily tasks

Innovation doesn’t exist because people are too stuck in their ways so collaboration between departments doesn’t happen mainly because people have to walk on eggshells so as to not upset the status quo. All fun and appeal and growth opportunities are extremely restricted and there are no clear paths to career progression. You are more a robot in the machine than a person that can contribute to the growth of the company. And there are people in positions of middle management that have regularly mistreated others without repercussions to the point to where a it’s just swept under the rug and it’s a “well just bite your tongue and take it” which definitely doesn’t help with morale and confidence in the company culture. And it seems that being dishonest or deceptive is the modus operandi for the possibility of advancement instead of merit and drive
